Lucky 13!
28/5/2010 - It may not be a lucky number for everyone, but for the bakers it certainly is. And for their customers, too: in England, traditionally a 'baker´s dozen' is 13, not 12! Bakery China, too, scored a double success at its 13th edition. With 65,180 visitors and 914 exhibitors, it was the largest trade fair for bakers and confectioners in the Asian region. On 70,000 square metres of exhibition space visitors could take a glimpse of the future in packaging solutions, chilling and refrigeration technology and ovens and machinery for bread production.
